CCTV image released following racially aggravated public order – Blackbird Leys

We are releasing a CCTV image of a man who officers wish to speak to following a racially aggravated public order in Blackbird Leys.

At around 12:30pm on 17 January, the victim, a woman in her forties, was completing a community group litter pick on Windale Avenue, when a man walked past and shouted racial abuse.

We believe this person could help with our investigation.
